What a great weekend for the club, the Kelsall football boys won the Chester and District Premier League for the 3rd time and celebrated in style on Saturday evening followed by our first ever Star Act night - Live Entertainment, the lounge really came alive with some great dancing, after a late finish we then moved into Sunday which saw the lounge booked twice for the day, the afternoon came and a great 60th Birthday celebration was well and truly underway along with the Live Football of Liverpool v Chelsea there was bearly standing room in an atmosphere which truly was of a warming party nature.
We now have the forthcoming St George's Day celebration with a brilliant singer performing songs from the 1940's, along with the special offers of Carling, Strongbow, Bitter at £2.00 per pint and not forgetting the Dragons Fire Shot - £1.00 per shot.
We look forwad to seeing you all their and celebrating this patriotic day.

Well firstly thank you to all who braved the weather, we had 3 members helping clear the car park all day on Saturday. The evening wasn't looking promising, there were only 6 of us socialising in the bar area and our Live Entertainment act Stevie J offered to move his equipment into the bar and entertain us for a little while.
Whilst the arrival of an additional couple still didnt prove enough for Stevie to continue we decided to all move into the lounge including all who only frequented the bar for one. Once Stevie J has began to sing the doors to the lounge opened and in walked another couple followed by the regulars who had braved the conditions to come and support our Saturday evening entertainment.
Stevie J had everyone in the lounge singing and dancing until the late hours and totally tranformed the evening into what can only be described as a most enjoyable night.

Last nights entertainment had everyone up on their feet dancing till the late hours, Chloe started her first session with a mixture of film, musical and contemporary music, ranging from 60's all the way up to present day. After the break for Bingo, key to the door and raffle Chloe lifted the beat and had everyone up on the dance floor.
Saturdays Live Entertainment nights are a huge hit but there is still plenty of spare chairs to fill, it's time to start advertising and encourage more people from in and around the village to join this warm friendly club.
There was an issue with the parking but staff were on hand to sort this out.
